PC Pitstop Optimize2 2.0.0.24 is an utility to improve your PC´s performance.
It scans your computer for possible problems that, if corrected, will make your system run faster.
It looks for Junk Files (Temporary Files, Recycle Bin, Internet Cache), checks your Internet Settings (HTTP, TCP/IP, IE, Firefox), unnecessary Start Up programs, checks your Registry to fix it and suggests some tweaking that can be made to enhance your system performance.
The check made for this revision stated that I´m having 4 unwanted programs starting when my system boots, and suggests to remove them to free up RAM memory and reduce the clutter on the taskbar. It also found 27 settings that can be tweaked for better performance, 2778 junk files totalling 132.91 Mb that can be erased. PC Pitstop Optimize 2 claimed to have found 192 incorrect or unneeded registry entries from uninstalled programs.
The Free Version doesn´t allow you to fix anything. Should you want to do that with this program, you must buy it. |
